  • You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached
  • No restocking fees - ever 🙌

💸 Refunds vs Exchanges (Important)

Refunds:

  • You pay return shipping
  • Return label cost ($9–$14, depending on location) is deducted from your refund
  • Our cotton promise - we stand by our premium cotton quality. if you're returning an item due to a fabric quality issue, we'll cover the return shipping

Exchanges:

  • ✅ FREE return shipping
  • ✅ FREE outgoing shipping (we cover both!)

🇦🇺 How to Return (Australia)

  1. Log in to your account 👉 https://account.hihandmade.com
  2. Request a return and select your reason
  3. Notes:
    • Leave blank for a refund
    • Write “Exchange” and mention the style + size if exchanging
  4. We’ll email you an Australia Post return label within 24 hours
  5. Label cost ($9–$14) is deducted from refunds only
  6. Prefer to ship it yourself? Totally fine 😊

🌍 International Returns (Outside Australia)

Australia Post return labels are available only within Australia. If you’re returning from overseas, please email us at hi@hihandmade.com before sending your item back.

  • Use your preferred postal service
  • We strongly recommend trackable shipping for peace of mind

 

Refund Processing

  • Once received and checked, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method
  • We’ll keep you updated by email every step of the way 📧

 

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
