When it ships

Each product page shows the preorder shipping timeline for that style. These pieces are handcrafted in small batches, so a small variation in timing is possible. If anything is running later than what we promised, you'll hear from us the moment we know.

Order with other in stock items

The in stock items ship straight away as part of your original order. Your preorder piece ships separately the moment it's ready, no extra shipping charges. That one's on us.

Tracking your preorder

Log into your Hi Handmade account using the same email you placed the order with. Your preorder will be listed there. You'll also get tracking the moment your piece leaves us.

Changed your mind

No worries. You can cancel any preorder before it ships. Just email us at hi@hihandmade.com and we'll refund you in full, no questions.
